Ngare Sero mountain lodge in Arusha is an old building from the colonial time, transformed to a unique luxury lodge. The Main house of the lodge was built in 1905, and it still retains many of the original features. Long colonial verandas stretch along the front of the house.
Ngare Sero lodge is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. Only 20 minutes from the busy center of Arusha town. The lodge comes with a beautiful pool, bar and fireplace in the living room. Not to forget about the huge garden and lake where often the endangered colobus monkey is spotted. They also have their own vegetable garden and horses! Ngare sero often offers great views on Mt. Meru, which lies close to the lodge.
