Swim with the majestic whale sharks at Mafia Island; the world’s largest fish. It’s an incredible experience that promises to create lifelong memories. Come face to face with these magnificent creatures during their annual migration, which takes place between September and March.
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel, to drop you at the departure point.
You will be greeted by a knowledgeable guide who will provide you with a 15-minute briefing. Equipped with snorkeling gear you’ll enter the boat and venture off the coast of Mafia Island.
Navige the pristine turquoise waters of Mafia Island in search of the majestic whale sharks. Once a whale shark is spotted, the boat will come to a gentle stop, allowing you to enter the water. Their spotted patterns and immense presence create a surreal underwater spectacle that leaves you breathless.
After the experience, you’ll return to the boat and make your way back to Mafia Island’s shoreline.
