Set between the villages of Rhotia and Karatu, on the edge of the Ngorongoro Forest Reserve, Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views over a working coffee plantation and the lush forest beyond.
The lodge features 26 cottages, including three spacious family suites. Each cottage is built for comfort and charm, with handmade furniture, a warm fireplace, and a large private veranda. The interiors include two large beds—one king and one queen—set beneath flowing mosquito netting, making each room ideal for twin or double occupancy.
Bathrooms are generously sized and feature elegant slipper bathtubs, indoor showers, and the added luxury of an outdoor shower. For families or larger groups, the lodge offers three specially designed suites, each comprising six interconnected rooms that comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
At the heart of the lodge there is an inviting common area that includes the reception, lounge, bar, and dining room—all offering complimentary Wi-Fi. A spacious veranda connects this central hub to the swimming pool and spa area, creating an ideal spot to relax.
