Zawadi Camp in central serengeti is located in the Kemarishe Hills, 20km North of Seronera. Zawadi Camp is just a short drive away from the famed animal migration paths of the area, and only two kilometers away from the Orangi River.
Zawadi means “gift” in Swahili and is a family-run safari camp with a mission to ‘gift’ their guests with a truly life enhancing experience of the Serengeti landscape and inhabitants.
The camp itself is a beautiful, minimalistic campsite that takes you back to the basics and simplicity of true wildlife-camping in Serengeti. The tented camp serves great food and comes equipped with a classic campfire place, so you’ll come nothing short of that true safari feeling.
Zawadi Serengeti Camp is ecofriendly, replying on renewable energy, redudes it’s foodprint and donates part of our camp’s profits towards a local shelter project for homeless and orphaned children.
